Cherry Drizzle Bars
These Cherry Drizzle Bars were a standout in our Great Cherry Cook-off, a company-wide ambassador cooking competition. This dish, made by Ann Taylor is sure to fulfill all those sweet tooth cravings! One gooey bite, and you'll understand why it was one of our winners!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package miniature marshmallows
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
- 1 1/2 cups Montmorency Dried Cherries
- 1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Pour melted butter into your pan of choice (Jelly roll pan for thinner, crunchier bars, 9 x 11 pan for thicker gooier bars). Making sure the bottom is coated completely.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top, followed by the marshmallows, chocolate chips, cherries and cereal.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top evenly and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Let the bars cool completely before taking them out of the pan, cutting and enjoying. This step is crucial!
